Quick Lane at Chapman Ford

Amazing service!! We needed a tire fixed last minute and the Quick Lane was able to get us in immediately. By far the best customer service!! Will definitely be coming back for future services.

This was my first time using the Chapman dealership/service center in Marysville but it is close to my home so I was hopeful. Everything on the Quick Lane site, dealer site, and at other Quick Lane dealers, says that Quick Lane services don't require an appointment and it would be "quick". I stopped in and was told there were two people ahead of me so it would be an hour 30 to an hour 45 minute wait...for two other oil changes? I was already skeptical but I made an appointment anyway and came back another day - which defeats the point of being convenient. When I returned I presented a coupon for "The Works" which includes tire rotation. When completed the charge didn't match the coupon since they didn't do a tire rotation, which is a specific item I needed done. I asked about the tire pressure being checked and was told that they always check it and adjust to the factory recommendation. When I got home all four tires were 5 psi below factory..if it was 1-3 psi, it would be an explainable variance but a full 5 psi on all four? Not sure which factory they got their recommendations from but that's way off. A couple small things that I wouldn't write about by themselves but it just gets annoying after this service level so far: They don't replace the reminder sticker on the windshield. Fortunately I keep a log, but the sticker is handy and standard practice at the other Quick Lane centers I've used. And they didn't review my system at checkout, like tire and brake wear or next required service based on miles, etc. With this many misses it's obvious that there isn't a culture of quality at this service center so I'll be going elsewhere.

Pretty easy fair. Didnt think a dealership had such low prices for tires oil changes and other stuff. Worth checking out if your in need of some work done on your car. Great experience will be back.

Very courteous. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes for and oil change and tire rotation. I will definitely be making the drive from Marion, Ohio to use this dealership and service again. Thanks guys.
