Quick Silver Towing Inc.

This company needs to work on time management and accounting for frequent malfunctions or towing delays. I was scedualed to have my car picked up on the 30th of december from 7-11 AM, and was toldat 9 AM that they could not pick my car up that day and would be rescheduleing me for the 3rd from 3-8 PM. Low and behold on the 3rd, they are all the sudden unable to fit me into a 5 hour time frame, THEY PICKED OUT, 5 days prior. This is unacceptable, do better.

Was trying to get my car picked up for Peddle. Rescheduled me 3 times and the lady gave me an attitude when I just wanted to get some information. And she just clicked on me on the middle of talking! Very rude. 👎🏽

Called to get cars parked in our spot towed, tried to explain that someone from my building was on the approval list. And he said I was giving him attitude and proceeded to hang up on me. Called again to ask for his name and managers name and number and refused to give any information and said he doesn’t talk to people to cuss him out. 1. I never cussed him out 2. He lied about it when the manager called and insisted he heard me curse at him after we “ended” the call (remind you he hung up on me the first time). Then he hung up on me for a second time. By all the negative reviews and similar stories based off the comments I think that Carlos was the person who “helped” me out. He is extremely unprofessional and needs some lessons in customer service. On top of that he insisted that it would be 2-3 hours for the car to be towed. Sounds like it was retaliation. Horrible service skills.

Sucks that I got towed, but they were pretty polite and quick. Carlos was not there.

Supeeeerrr rude with full of attitude! I was waiting 15 minutes to someone bring my car and he said you should wait outside, i said it’s cold outside, is there any problem if I wait inside? He brought a spray and he said your perfume smell is too strong! Even I didn’t wear perfume, he keep telling me You should get out of here! I said what is wrong with you guys? Give me my car and im gonna leave here! Outside is cold, he said I don’t care! I called 911 right away!! Horrible customer service. I will get a lawyer, you will learn soon to how treat people, even not the customers!!!! You’re not a human
