Had a broken coolant inlet hose from offroading. Needed a quick fix and he took me in quick and got me out. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

The worst customer service! I was told that this place has a great rv service technician, Jesse, who has done many solar systems successfully on RVs. Lee selected a solar kit for me, saying it was a good product. Then, on my installation appointment day, Jesse, who agreed to install it it, was a no-show, and the other installer, George, went home early. So, I waited an hour for George to return and do the install. Lee charged me for an extra hour of labor, because the work went past closing by 15 minutes. I reminded Lee that I was there early enough for the full installation time during business hours, but I had to wait for George for an hour, and that's the reason they ran past. He said, you still have to pay. Now, i wish i would have gone over the bill before i paid. After i left, the system showed an error code that the battery was deficient. I remember Jesse advising me to upgrade to 2 batteries, so I figured the job wasn't done. I called the shop to report the error code, and i brought in my rig to be fitted for 2 new batteries. I asked Lee to help me and show me where they would go. We agreed and I wanted to set up an appointment. After much proding, Lee said the shop can't install the batteries, however, Jesse could install them at their shop. Jesse, however, has been refusing to come to the shop due to a scuffle with the owner. Lee offered to have me speak to the owner who says there's nothing he can do for me. So, now i have an unfinished system and who is going to complete someone elses electrical work? In addition, I am out the money I paid for equipment and labor and still not able to go off-grid. I paid, but it was such effort to get service, and I'm no better off for doing business with these clowns. If you want to get set up with a solar system, be sure the shop gives you a workable plan first. I tried to doing this, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times. I wasted too much time and money here!

Got my AC repaired here. Was pretty expensive, but nothing compared to the dealer. Ended up being just about the worst problem it could be, but I know they were honest, because I followed the entire process. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up, which is pretty cool.

I took in my RV to get service and I had a good experience here. It was quick and everything was done perfectly. Thanks to staff for a friendly and good customer service.
