Ronnie did such a great job on my wheel bearings! He was very helpful with explaining to me and my uncle what needed to be done and what could wait. I would recommend him and would definitely come back!

Owner Rany is funny, respectful and knowledgeable. Jessie the tow truck driver recommended this place after we already had a different shop in mind, we’re glad he did!! Had my sister’s car diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour and didn’t charge us anything! You can tell everyone in there actually ENJOYS working on vehicles. I definitely recommend this shop!!

The owner took really great care of me. Most people try to charge me an arm and a leg to change my light bulbs because the “correct way” to change them is by taking off certain pieces even though most of them don’t because they know how to change them without doing that but just charge me for that labor to get more money out of me. This did not happen at R&B Auto Clinic. He changed my light bulbs for such a reasonable price and fixed a little problem that could have been a big one with how my radiator was mounted & filled up my windshield wiper fluid for me so I can be set for the winter. I definitely will be back and appreciate all the help and wise advice about how to keep up with my maintenance and fluids to ensure my cars longevity. Couldn’t say thank you R&B is definitely the best!

A coworker of my recommended this shop to me last week. I wanted a second opinion on some work that was done and took it in today. Guy worked on the car for a few hours and didn't find any issues. He didn't even charge me anything. Awesome dude and I'll be back. Hopefully not too soon.

“Owner” is not a honest guy and DOES not offer honest work, also doesn’t follow BASIC consumer rights. Just wants to make a few bucks and call it a day. Had a truck serviced here getting the timing chain replaced, Timing chain failed within 500 miles (2 months) brought back for Warranty repair, after finding out he ordered the “cheaper parts” from amazon I DECLINED for him to reorder the parts and I instead selected better parts , Telling him I would pay the difference, he declined and said I didn’t have to pay anything as warranty has been granted. He stated a cam phaser failed and replaced all parts however after the replacement was completed he stated there was further damage ( wasn’t the case the first time) so after declining him to do any further work The warranty was all of a sudden Declined and I had a bill to pay. I refuse to pay that bill And decided to take legal litigation As litigation takes time, the truck remained on his property, Last week he had the truck impounded and towed Stating I abandoned my vehicle! However, he never once made contact with me stating he was going to have that done (basic consumer right). After communicating with the impound lot ( truck was there for two days) My bill and impound was Over $800. As I continued the litigation process, I urge everyone to stay away from this shop! Not only is the owner Not an honest guy He allows (backyard) Uncertified Mechanics to work on vehicles! Any shop in the area Will tell you the same thing they have had a lot of cars come to them that he worked on and did bad work! I’m not the type to write reviews and bash a company, but I would hate to keep seeing this guy do bad to others! In my attached photos, you will see where he stated this was free, Then you will see where he states this is how he’s going to charge, Then you will see the invoice, Then you will see me respond “thanks” Never authorizing that I was going to pay that bill because it was already stated it was “free of charge”…
