R & P Towing is an affordable and reliable local towing service company. Other towing companies were charging me 120-150$ whereas R & P Towing was only charging me half the price. They care about their customers and making sure they offer them reasonable and appropriate prices for their service. Anyway, shoutout to Laura, the woman I spoke to on the phone who made my appointment for the following day, she was kind, patient, gentle with a sweet, calm voice, and professional with good manner and attitude. And shoutout to Joaquin, the man who towed my S.O.’s car in the garage, he was kind and respectful towards me. He was also very cautious and meticulous with his job as a tow driver. Hey 👋 Joaquin! If you’re reading this I hope you enjoy 😊 the lychees that I gave to you as an offering to thank you for doing an awesome 👏😎 job and you can give the books 📚 that I gave to you for free to your kids or your nieces or nephews. Worse service ever beware of these people she was very rude not professional what so ever. I had a medical emergency I was at a Doctors office when she called me threatening me to pay if not she was taking my vehicle back to there yard that it was going to cost me a lot more to get my vehicle. She had no compassion acted like we weren’t gonna pay them. Worse experience ever I don’t understand how people can be so bitter and not professional.
