SOCAL MOBILE MECHANIC

We were in an urgent situation with our nephews being stranded last Saturday after putting the wrong fuel in their car and Philip answered our call and was really understanding of the situation and ready to assist us. Long story short, he and his assistant Ramiro were great in resolving the issue and getting back on the road. Excellent work and very reasonable price. Lastly, they were great to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed and will definitely be recommending them to others. Thank you Philip and Ramiro.

Had another person come out and fix my water pump and timing belt but he didn’t put it on correctly so I gave socal a call they where able to assist me immediately they where able to fix my timing belt as well car is not longer over heating I would highly recommend them professionals

My mom got her starter replaced Monday 01/06. He was a very nice guy and the pricing was great. However, when my mom drove her car the following day 01/07, she kept hearing a noise. She texted Phillip to ask if that’s normal and if the car is safe to drive. He never responded. She texted him again and he just left her on “read” ignoring her messages. She took it to another mechanic today 01/09, and was told it was incorrectly put in. The mechanics had to remove it & fix his work. Also telling my mother it shouldn’t have been driven. All she needed was an answer & it was very unprofessional to not give her a response after paying for a service. The lack of communication to a client who paid for a service is unprofessional . Hopefully you can learn to communicate more effectively since this could’ve potentially put her in danger.

I hired Phillip after I found him thru Google to remove and replace my water pump which I tried to do myself but after 6 hours I gave up. He did the job including installing the new part plus bolting the tensioner pulley and alternator back into place in 90 minutes. My car had overheating issues and was leaking coolant near the pump so I assumed that was the cause but after all this it didn't resolve the problem. I attempted to get Phillip to come back a couple days later on a Monday at 3pm but that time rolled past and by 4pm I figured he was a definite "NO SHOW". No response to text messaging or calls went straight to voicemail which is always FULL and can't leave a message. I need my car for work and cannot continue to drive it with this problem so I reached out to another mobile mechanic who came over within 2 hours and fixed everything with a scan tool and replacing the thermostat which was faulty. In this business I feel that "communication is key" when it comes to good customer service.

I had an issue with the starter on a 2010 Mercedes e550. SoCal saved the day and came to me in yorba Linda and had the starter installed within the hour. He is legit, a good dude, and I recommend him to anyone in need of help with their vehicle. He will definitely get a call from me again.
