I brought my motorcycle to Oscar’s shop for an insurance repair claim, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The bike was not supposed to have any major repairs done, as the insurance deemed it a total loss. In the process of getting a valuation, I decided to do an owner retain as we had agreed the bike was in a savable state. When my motorcycle was delivered to me after being picked up from his shop, I noticed several parts were missing. It was clear that Oscar had stolen valuable components from my bike for his own personal gain. This is included the front forks which he replaced from another crashed bike. When I confronted Oscar about the missing parts, he flat out denied everything and provided no explanation or solution. He eventually admitted fault and stated "he was in a pinch" only to later find out he used my parts to repair the bike of someone he knew personally. It’s painfully obvious that he’s taking advantage of customers, especially when it comes to insurance claims or even basic repairs. Who knows what else he could have potentially taken. If you’re dealing with an insurance claim or any repair for that matter, DO NOT bring your bike here. This shop is dishonest and unprofessional. I’ll be reporting Oscar’s shop to the insurance company and the authorities. Save yourself the trouble and find a trustworthy shop.

Best place to get old school type of relationship Oscar has been a great Vender and shop for my needs. I love the Michelin Power Performance Slicks for my track bikes. I highly recommend.

Oscar is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I stripped a bolt while installing a water pump and called Oscar to see if he could help. I brought my bike over the same day and immediately got to work. After he installed the new part, he inspected the bike and found a serious issue with the bolt that holds rear shock in place. He fixed it and got it back to me the next day. Honestly, Oscar saved a life that day. If the bolt holding the rear shock ever came off, it could have been catastrophic. 10/10, reasonable prices, honest and highly recommend him for any future service your bike may need!

Oscar swapped a tire from my bent front rim to my replacement rim and balanced it for less than half of what the chain stores' service depts. around here wanted. He's helped me out at the track before too, seems like good people 🤟. Also the local Michelin distributor, might be the only place besides Santa Cruz to buy slicks nearby.
