Rack N Road Car Racks and Hitch Superstores

I needed a new bike rack for my SUV and a bike specialist from REI recommended Rack N Road. He said they were the best for trailer hitch installations, and he was right. I was able to easily research hitch and bike rack options on their website. When I visited the shop in Costa Mesa, they answered all my questions and placed an order for the items I needed. They kept me up to date on the deliveries and set up an installation appointment once everything arrived. The installation took about 3.5 hours and they provided operation instructions once the job was completed. I tested it out this weekend and was very pleased with the sturdiness of the rack. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and friendly too! I would definitely recommend Rack N Road.

They were able to find a solution for our Tahoe same day as this was a rush to get a roof cross bar setup and cargo box for a trip the next day. Other local places did not have all the items in stock that was needed for my Tahoe. I was surprised how fast they contacted me and to setup an appointment all within the span of a morning. Super friendly and fast response are 2 key qualities of a business. Thanks again for all of your help.

I needed a roof box to carry snowboards cause I got tired of snow and ice getting inside the clamps of normal style board/ski racks. It was such a hassle to scrap ice off after snowstorms! I was stuck with either getting the Inno Wedge 660 or BRM320. They had the Wedge 660 in stock and allowed me to test fit it on my roof and even helped me carry it. It was to big so I bought the latter. John and Marty was able to get a Inno BRM320 roof top box which is the smallest/lowest profile box you can get to fit 4 snowboards under 162cm. They were extremely patient and even helped me carry the box on my roof cause I decided to install it in the parking lot. They even took the cardboard box packaging and threw it away for me. Thanks, guys. I'll be returning for any rack needs in the future!

Absolutely love the guys over here, unbelievably helpful and patient, answering every single one of my questions even though I've asked them each 10 times they never once complained. I wish I had more money to spend in this place, but I don't love to get a Yakima rack set up for my truck with the external water tank/shower Someday and when I do, I will buy it from here.... absolutely great guys not a single complaint and trust me, I find fault and almost every place I shop. Wow! What can I say, Jason & his team really went above and beyond to help me out with installing a hitch to pull my new trailer for my small business. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my silly questions and at the end of it all, delivered top quality service! I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the shop, as they truly made me feel at home while I waited for the installation process.
