The best car repair around. From the front desk to the mechanics, it’s pure professionalism. Had a family emergency halfway across the country and a vehicle that couldn’t make it across town safely, as well as being short on time. They got me in first thing in the morning and my work was done in one day. The work was done fast and right. How do I know? This was March 2024. I waited 8 months to post this review. The work has lasted across country and back TWICE. And they didn’t overcharge or do more work than was necessary for my family to be safe on the road. The best around hands down and my permanent car repair shop.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! By far the “BEST” car shop I have ever been too!!!! Management is very understanding because ERIC did a great job getting me back on the road!!!! and the mechanics have to be PH’D in fixing cars because they pulled off the impossible on my OBS Chevy Tahoe. It’s an old truck but it means a lot to me and they just gave me even better reasoning to take care of it. Thanks Rad TEAM.

I had been going to this particular Rad Air for over 10 years and have spent over 50 grand with this company. All I have to say is please do not be mislead by this place the guy who runs it Eric Spape do not let him fool you I've seen plenty thru the years with this guy he's a straight con artist basically a used car salesman all he cares about is $$$$ just do your due diligence people before you spend your hard earn money with this Rad Air.

I cannot give enough stars to the service I received from Eric and his crew at the Garfield hts Radair!!! Truly awesome and personable people, I highly recommend to anyone in need of service or repairs. Thanks guys, my Christmas is much more merrier 😁🎄🎁

Guy on phone was cold and hijacked the price on fixing ONE flat tire that was towed there after shop closed for the night. took two days to get car back! paid additional $160 diagnosis charge to look into service light on my car, which was more expensive then the tire!!! which should have been stated to me… so yea he quoted me $2400 to fix everything with my car &tried to sign me up for credit card over the phone on my lunch break the next day. Thank god I didn’t, that’s when he said all in all would be $320 to fix my back right tire. And still tried to tell me to replace another tire. To which I waited to retrieve my car the next day after work because he was waiting for the new standard tire to arrive? So yea bad communication, bad turnaround time, and price gouging …Super rude, I’m only writing this review because I received a follow up email after this experience that if I left a 5 star review, I’d get $25 off my next visit. no thanks.
