Andy is amazing, he treated as a regular and this was my first time. I met him on a Monday and spoke of and upgrade to my exhaust system and he recommended some brands and the benefits, I bought my system and called him Tuesday to ask if he can fit me in on Friday, he said he couldn't because he was booked but I can come next week, he then called me Thursday morning and told me me he had a cancelation and if I wanted to bring my car in on Friday, now I was amazed that he even remembered and did everything right by me especially as a new customer and his excellent customer service has made me a new regular customer for all my vehicle needs. I highly recommend him and his shop for all your repair needs. His staff covered my vehicle protecting it from any damage, now just taking the time to do that is amazing enough, he's the best..Thanks Andy for the great experience, I'm loving the sound and look of my vehicle which is a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring with now a remark stainless steel exhaust system.

Today was the first time I went to this shop. I had gone to Jeep yesterday for something & they told me I needed new brakes. I decided to find a shop that’s not part of a chain & see when they could do it & how much. I had sent a message off of their website & Andy called me quickly after. He said the parts would arrive the same day & I could come the following morning @8 am. I arrived a little before 8 & the guys there started to work on my car immediately. I decided to wait for my car & they were done in under an hour!! I was worried it would take a few hours & I would miss my doctors appt I had that morning. They made sure I got out of there quickly & they did a great job. This place is super clean & the staff is very nice. I paid cash so that saved me about $60 which is awesome. I appreciate everyone’s hard work today & they definitely earned 5 stars from me!

We brought a handicap van for evaluation. There were bubbles in the radiator. That told me it at least needed a head gasket. Noble told us it didn’t. He thought he could fix it. $2500 later we got it back and it still was bubbling in the radiator. He said bring it back. Another $1700 and it still was bubbling. Part of that money was to fix the air conditioning. Then a day later the air conditioning didn’t work. $4200 into it now brought it back charged another $300+ which we didn’t pay. AC still not working and still bubbling in the radiator. Now he says it needs a motor. What was the $4200 for to find out that it needs a motor? Worst repair shop I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some terrible mechanics. Stay far away from them. I guess I’ll try to recoup some of the money through legal channels. Not expecting much. Total SLIMEBALLS!
