Words could not express the service received by Micheal Reidy the service advisor at Rallye Lexus and James Quinlan the service manager. Together as a team after my disagreement of the service of my nx200t was something I’ve never experienced in my 7 year period of dealing with the Glen Cove dealership at Rallye Lexus. The service was lousy they were rude and very disrespectful in the deliverance of my vehicle. The console still had a piece missing. The buttons that allow the windows to go up and down were not matching at first. Every time I said something to them they insist on trying to argue with me. Mr Reidy and Mr. Quinlan did not like my constructive criticism. They(Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove) had my car from Dec. 11 , 2024- January 9,2025 . They charged me 3900$. The compass wrap insurance refused to pay for the repair. They made me pay for the repair before showing me their finished work. The console still has missing piece - a hole in the car. They gave me broken promises . I should not have to complain to get proper service. I’d like a refund for the extended warranty, the repair service, the purchase agreement overcharge of 2552$. The towing fee of 450$

Let me start this by saying that Rallye Lexus Service department should be ashamed of themselves and the level of customer care that they are doing for valued customers. We do not recommend them or their warranties. This review is on behalf of my mother who used this dealership on a few times and has been a Lexus owner for a few years. My mother had her vehicle towed to Rallye Lexus on December 11, 2024 at approximately 2:45 pm. My vehicle is a 2017 Lexus NX 200T with approximately 47,789 miles. Micheal Reidy became her Service Advisor. Mr. Reidy assisted her by referring her to get a loaner car. He told her that he’d contact her about her vehicle. He called her approximately December 18, 2024 and told her that the vehicle would need a diagnostic by Rallye Lexus that would cost $1300. The diagnostic is a required by the warranty company before they look at your vehicle. She told him no problem, go ahead. Finally the Compass warranty company showed up and now they’re claiming that they don’t repair electrical problems. Mr Reidy called her on December 27, 2024 at approximately 3:45pm claiming that her vehicle has an electrical problem. Due to water that spilled on the panel box inside the vehicle. Mr Reidy claimed that the electrical problem is due to wetness.The warranty doesn’t want to pay after she had a full warranty and an extended warranty on the vehicle since she purchased it. She had emergency surgery on June 24, 2024 and since that time, she drove the vehicle 6 times in 6 months, and definitely wasn’t in the car drinking. She requested to have an investigation done about her vehicle suddenly having issues and why the warranty company wouldn’t cover it. There was nothing seriously wrong with her vehicle before going to the dealer if anything from it not being driven or started because as I said she had emergency surgery 6-24-2024 and have not been using the vehicle at all.Purchasing this warranty appeared to be good until it was time to use it . She spoke to a Serena December 27, 2024 that claims that the she is not covered for electrical problems. She also said if she didn’t like the decision that she should request to get my money back from Lexus. She told them she wasn’t satisfied and she’d like to speak to a supervisor. Later at approximately 4:06pm Mr. Cody Dunn called her and said that electrical part is not covered and that there is no appeal process. So she asked where is that written at in the contract that electrical is not covered. He said mechanical is not covered. She paid $2000 for the warranty from compass wrap The agreement has totally been a waste of her money she had to pay out of her pocket $450.00 to tow the vehicle to the dealer. Mr Reidy claiming that she would have to pay $1300.00 initially for diagnostics is a prerequisite for Compass to look at her car and $3500 for the repair if it was an electrical problem. In total she actually had to pay $450 for towing approximately $3875 to get her vehicle repaired. The warranty leaflet that was given to her must be false advertisement because the extended service plan supposedly provides extensive components after factory warranty expires and extensive mechanical computer and electrical protection to name a few others. Lexus is a luxury vehicle and the service that my mother received was very disheartening especially with her being a long time customer of Lexus & Toyota. She does very minimal driving, keeps her vehicle very well maintained. The lack of quality customer service that was given has left us questioning did she receive this service due to us being African American. It is absolutely absurd that a luxury car dealership would handle any customer in this manner. She finally received her vehicle back today and the buttons to function the windows are missing, pieces of the middle console is missing, these things were not missing prior to giving the vehicle to the tow company or dealership. We’ve done the necessary steps to reach out to upper management haven’t received an apology, a plan to fix things or any type of compensation.

I appreciate the great service at Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove. Joanna Oates was my advisor and was terrific. Went in for a 15,000 mile service and inspection. She said it would be one and one half hours, so I walked to Glen Cove diner, which also is a great diner btw, and as soon as I left, Joanna left me a voicemail that my car was ready. Can’t ask for more. Terrific people. Thank you 👍🇺🇸

I realized that not all Lexus service centers provide five-star services but Rallye Lexus Service Department sure does! With the friendly and professional attitude of James (general service manager), my visit to resolve my ongoing problem from another Lexus service center was fully taken care of without any hassles. James's friendliness also made me consider Rallye Lexus as my future dealership for my next Lexus vehicle purchase. I would like to thank James again!

Get my car serviced. Michael Reidy was my service advisor. He was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. Also service department cleaned my car inside and out. It was a good experience.
