People who own benz vehicles are perceived to be wealthy and can afford high service costs. that goes with the dealership pricing philosophy. Service type " A "10k miles, basic service, which would just involve oil change, tire rotation, multi point check at a local Auto Spa a quick “ in and out “ would be no more than $100-$150 Vs $300-$ 500 depending on the model, at a benz dealership service annex. In all fairness, maintaining a sprawling facilty with well paid labor, warrants. high overhead costs. At the Rallye Benz service centre: Total wait time would include: Appointment, waiting for an advisor, photos of your car, other observed problems with the car, paperwork hassle, service wait times in a modest waiting area with no TV or work stations, would be a part of a routine maintenance visit. Recommended Solution: Get as many pre paid maintenance vouchers as possible when you purchase a car at the Benz dealership or promotional times. About 30% saving.

I never leave someone a 1 star but this place is a scam and if I could leave a negative 5 I would . Don't believe all the positive reviews on here do your homework . This place charged me an enormous amount for the problems that they can't fix . Brought it back after couple days and Paul the front desk person told me we need to charge money since it's something else now . Never encounter a dishonest auto place ever . They refused to fix the problem and come to terms to resolve the issues since they are so incompetent to determine what's wrong with my vehicle in the first place and now they wants more money to fix it again . The 12,000 miles warranty they don't even owned up to it . Be aware of these this place with dishonest and incompetent people working . Please don't waste your money and time here .

Went to Rallye recently for routine maintenance and a recall. Once again Ken Vachris took excellent care of me. I have been using Ken for many years. He clearly explains what they will be doing with the car and then clearly explains what they have done. Always open to answering questions. The service department is excellent.
