Took my car in for some pretty basic work. Had to bring in my OWN parts,he kept my car for over a week and when I got my car back is was running worse than when I had taken it in. He claimed he changed my spark plugs but he DID NOT. He charged for everything that wasn't done correctly or at all!!!!! IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! Beware if you plan on taking your vehicle to him.He seems so nice and knowledgable that I felt I could trust him. LESSON LEARNED!!!

They squeezed me in & fixed my Mazda (Replaced control arms). Thank you very much!! That awful noise when going over bumps is gone. I had previously had Ed’s Auto shop in San Bern to fix the same issue a year ago & they clearly didnt fix it right & I paid an arm & a leg. Carlos at Ramirez Auto Repair knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it. Labor cost was very affordable. Thank you so much!

I've had many of my cars fix there with serious work engine replacement transmission replacement always happy. But as they say in life you can get things fast cheap good only pick two. He is good and inexpensive.

I went in for a alignment and when I left it was the same. I called him and he said I need new tires. So I went to a tire shop and they said my tires were good and practically new. That I didn't need new tires. So I called ramirez again and he said to go in for tire rotation. When I left my car was worst it still drifted to left but worse is that when I break my steering wheel shakes and it didn't do that before I went to him. Now I got to get another alignment I would never recommend this place. WARNING

Carlos is solid dude. Got an alignment on my truck. Charged me 50.Everywhere else in the area was asking for 75. Will definitely come back when I have any issues with my vehicles.
