I just want to say my mechanics for life !! Always ready to help me and my family in any way and I must say I appreciate them Soo much .. They're very HONEST, Highest quality work, and Always RELIABLE....Best place to repair any car issues . They are very professional and ALWAYS great service. I wouldn’t trust this shop… maybe I just had a bad experience but it was terrible for me and my mom. First off my mom went for new rotors and brakes and there was a squealing noise that didn’t go away. Ramon claimed it was normal for 2015 lexus GS to have these issues but apparently after 2 weeks they started squeezing really bad took it back and they claimed to have fixed it, and it was good for one day and then it started squeezing again. We took it to the dealer they said the parts are new but not installed properly the hardware isn’t the way it’s supposed to be.. my mom was ready to sell her car because of how bad the squeal was luckily the dealership was able to correct it and stated that the squeal would come back but only when the brakes were really bad not new.. I went to get my car checked out for a bad airflow sensor they told me at autozone that’s what it was, the code came out and everything… so I took it he ran some test said that’s what it was so he replaced it. Total was like $345 the part was $189.99, the part had a QR code I scanned it he upsold the part that was $80 it was a cheap blue streak Mass airflow sensor.. I thought our family could trust this shop but we are taking our business elsewhere.
