Do not recommend! I called asking to get a tire rotation they said come on down we will take care of you. I get there the guy made me wait 10 min in line to tell me it would be an hour and a half wait. Even though I had just called to make sure. I would not have wasted my time in the middle of work if they were honest.

I just had my oil changed at Ramona Tire, and Derek Tyson was incredibly helpful. He provided a quick oil change and got me out of there in no time. I really appreciate his excellent service!

Had a leak that couldn't be patched, and they didn't have my specific tire on site. They took the time to find an exact match, which took maybe 5 minutes, put my spare on for me and sent me home saying the tire would arrive next day. Got a call about 2 hours later saying they had my tire, and they could knock it out same day if I could get there. THAT whole process took maybe 45 minutes to an hour. On top of all this, they pointed out things that I had paid another mechanic shop for but had never been done. 10/10 experience with these guys and they will 100% be my go-to shop from here on out.

Excellent service. Very thorough report. I took my car in and they told me it needed nothing. That was a first! My daughter took her car in the next day and they were honest, thorough, and very helpful. They even gave her a 50 dollar off coupon. She was so happy :) Thank you!

BEWARE! We had been going to Ramona Tire at this location for a few years because we were happy with their services. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with them last month. First off, Jack is no longer working there. He was honest, fair and transparent. He was a friendly guy who I'm sure the staff loved working with. His customers loved him as well. So I get to the shop before they opened. I was confused as to why there weren't any other customers around because in the past we always had to get in line for assistance. I parked my car along the red curb like I always did in the past. There were no other cars around. No big deal, right? Well, one of the mechanics came into the lobby and said in an angry tone, "Whose car is that? I almost ran into it!" Really?! I apologized and didn't take it personally since I thought maybe he was just having a bad morning. I brought my daughter's car in for new brakes. Period. The manager at the front desk (D. Tyson) called me a an hour later and highly recommended that I get a bunch of maintenance work done because he checked my car's history and it showed that it had not been done ... like ever. He said it would be over $3000 for maintenance and brakes. Well, I was surprised by his comment about the car never getting any maintenance work done, because I have the carfax showing that the previous owner brought the car into the dealership for regular maintenance. I mean, she took great care of that car. Anyways, knowing that this was my daughter's car and I wanted her to be safe, I said okay to the extra work to be performed since the manager said it really should be done. I then called my husband and told him. He asked if I got a breakdown of the work to be performed before I agreed to it. I didn't. So my husband called the shop back and spoke with one of the mechanics. It was agreed that they would only work on the brakes and not do the additional maintenance work that the manager pushed on me. Why do some car shops take advantage of women? To make money! I went to pick up the car and walked out paying $1250 for new brakes. I paid and the manager then commented that all the maintenance work he recommended could be done at a later time. WTF! He scared me earlier into thinking that all that extra work really should be done. BEWARE! The next morning, there was a puddle of coolant on our driveway underneath the car. We were suspicious as to why this was happening. So, we took the car to another shop. Turns out the radiator was cracked. If Ramona had done their multi-point inspection, wouldn't they have caught this? I'm not saying they purposefully cracked our radiator, but it was such a big coincidence since it immediately happened after bringing our car home. It's our theory that they cracked our radiator because they lost out on a couple thousand dollars. Again, it's our theory and I'm not outright accusing them of doing damaging our radiator. So beware! You can take your chance with them or go somewhere else that will take care of you and your car in an honest and transparent manner. We certainly are not going to take that chance and will never go back! Apparently, I'm not the only one. Just look at the other recent one-star reviews.
