We arrived for our appointment and were greeted by the manager. He proceeded to give our estimate which was great. We were finished in 45 minutes. They showed us the things that may need to be repaired which was helpful. We were pleased with the experience.

I appreciate the staff being very helpful and accommodating when I needed it most. Austin was a great help and was willing to do what it took to earn my business. It really helped that they provided me service at the last moment towards the end of their day. And for that I am ever greatful. I plan to come again. Thanks fellas!

Best possible experience. Jessie and his crew made this a painless tire buying process. Excellent price and I was out in 70 minutes with 4 new tires. I appreciate that there was no strong arm attempt to upsell. I highly recommend this establishment for all service needs.

I have started using this location for everything I need done to both my wife's and my car. They do a great job. They may be a bit on the high side, but, good quality parts and work is worth the price. I mean really? How much is your car worth to you? Do you want a new car and the payment that goes with it right now. Maybe you do. Maybe you are the 5% that can afford to pay high interest rates. Me I personally would rather take care of my own car and take care of the things the dealer recommends when needed based on mileage from Ramona Tire. Again much less than the dealer prices. Here is a fact you may not know. When you go to the dealer, do you think you are getting original equipment parts? Think again. The parts are aftermarket parts. Same as Ramona Tire uses. Just ask Ramona Tire if they will quote you on better quality parts compared to the lower end aftermarket parts. How do I know this? I am an automotive REP. for the aftermarket. for instance, how many brake suppliers do you think are out there? More than 10 at this time, and growing. It's your car you decide. I work with Jesse at Ramona Tire. This guy knows his stuff.

Had to stop by on my way to Yucca. I was really impressed with their integrity, the light came on indicating tire pressure changed, which is usually whether related but I stopped and my tire was about 10 psi, I tried to add air and check it but it didn’t seem to hold. So I stopped and luckily the tires were only super low and needed air but they weren’t dishonest or trying to push or sell me anything. My husband was really glad cause women can be easily taken advantage of, if we don’t know anything about tires. Which I didn’t. So they thoroughly checked for leaks and were completely efficient and just said I needed air. Thanks for helping me when I needed. All the employees were super nice and respectful. Great experience!
