Excellent customer service- Mr. Ram himself drove 2hrs for a part that would have taken 3-4 days to arrive. His team are mechanic geniuses. Their level of integrity is what the mechanic industry needs. No upselling or adding extra service. Highly recommend

WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH: I went for a Wheel alignment. A young guy was working on my car which was fine but another guy (not owner) who drove my car onto the lift, he left the ignition on which killed the car battery...still no problem there, accidents happen, no harm done YET. BUT when jump starting my car, the younger guy put the negative terminal on the positive and the positive terminal on the negative (red goes to red and black goes to black so it's really idiot proof right?) Now I'm no electrician or mechanic but that's the kind of stuff that messes up the electrical system in a car (verified by forms and official dealership after research and making phone calls) So anyways the car still wouldn't start after that so I bought a new battery (few dollars short of $100) and the car starts and runs. HOWEVER the heat/ac stopped, power mirrors stopped, navigation and display won't even turn on, lock/unlock button didn't work, no charge ports works, music doesn't work..when I got there everything was working 100% so I went right back and spoke to the owner named "Raj" which was very hostile from the beginning. I didn't even get to explain what was wrong with the car. He basically cut me off and stated that's not their fault and that I have to pay him to fix the issues that was done when my vehicle was under their care. I refused his insulting offer and he then told me to leave his shop. I left and contacted the police which came and took note of the situation. My vehicle is still unfixed and after I receive it back from the dealership, this business will hear from my lawyer to reimburse the full amount that will be spent out of pocket. I had a very bad experience the first time here and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Hopefully this review helps you when it comes to good car care and customer service which I got none of.

WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO!! I swear on this comment. I was continously lied to stating that my car was fixed and repaired but for some reason it continued to have issues. I thought i was trusting my mechanic but he continued to put false and defective parts in my car and charging me so much. The car defects were causing me to become stuck in areas while i had my newborn in the car. They seriously need to be removed from business. I wish i could give no stars. They deserve no more business. SHUT IT DOWN!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! Stay far far away from this establishment. This place is dangerous. The owner Ram the world worst mechanic and huge liar. I went to get a power steering hose that was leaking replaced. A HOSE. It took all day to fix. When I drove off I almost crashed because the steering wheel wouldn't turn. I came right back and the mechanic claimed he didn't know what was wrong, which was a lie. I had to leave my car there because I didn't want to drive it in such a dangerous state Turned out the damaged my rack and pinion system while doing the repairs. The thing was he knew something was wrong because had to make sharp turn to bring the car out of the shop. They kept my car for three days to fix it. Then when I came to get the car Ram told me that a belt tensioner was broken by me and he had the part ready to install. I told him to take my car off the lift and left. I started taking him to court but due to me moving to Connecticut I couldn't keep up with the night court schedule so I dropped the case. But God will repay you for me Ram for putting me and my family in danger. That place is dangerous. If you value your car, your family, and their safety STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
