I went here based on recommendations from my neighbors. I thought I had a problem with my power steering. Come to find out there was no problem. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely return. In addition, Corey was slammed but was was always pleasant and friendly as he efficiently helped a bunch of customers.

The absolute best and ONLY place I will take my car to. The owner, Corey, and his staff are beyond amazing. Always take care of their customers, fast and friendly. Adam was extremely helpful on the phone when I called about a screw in my tire. I brought my car in and he had me out of there in less than 10 mins.

I can’t say enough good things about Corey and his team. They are really here to take care of their customers and not take advantage of them. Corey has worked on my truck and my Yukon for a couple years now. He will tell you the truth and will NEVER take advantage of anyone. If you are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic look no further than here. Adam his Assistant Manager is awesome as well. You guys have me as a customer for as long as I am here. I LOVE Rapid Tire & Automotive in Hemet! The owner Corey Wilson and his employees are honest, thorough, and always excellent at finding the problem and fixing it at the lowest cost! I trust them COMPLETELY! I received the VERY BEST customer service today from Jose, Dan, as well as Corey's Mom! When I first came to Rapid Tire I was referred To their shop from MY OWN dealer! I took my Ford F-150 to my dealer and the guy there told me he had someone better, and boy was he right! I’ve been going to Cory and his crew for over 4 years now and they have always done right by me. They have always been honest and never so eager to make money that I’ve ever felt pressured.. at every step Cory and the guys have made .many a hard time a smooth transition due to their customer care and professionalism . not only do I trust them to work on my truck but to also work on my daughters vehicles as well. Rapid Tire is definitely my go to mechanic in the Hemet / San Jacinto area! Five stars all the way. And when you go tell the California Mike sent you!
