Raul's Smog & Auto Repair

Raul’s has smogged all my vehicles for many years. After the most recent time, they sent a check a few days later, a refund after they’d noticed they had accidentally overcharged me. I was perfectly happy with the work and the cost, didn’t suspect there was a problem, and had they not informed me, I would never have known. Now that’s an honest business right there.

Good local business I've been to a couple times now, for SMOG check. They run on a first come first serve basis, had a few cars there when I rolled in but they were very quick and I only waited about 15-20 minutes for my smog check. Glad to have a good place near home. Thanks!

Raul's is AWESOME! Every single person whom I spoke with while waiting my turn to smog our car was incredible! After having 6mo of one issue after another, paying for parts to fix ourselves or forking out funds for mechanic to fix, we weren't to donate the vehicle. We decided to try one last smog, only to have it FAIL again. They provided us w/information & assistance in Retiring the Vehicle through BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repairs) for $1500! It's not very often you find good, hard working people who genuinely care about their customers thoughts & needs. Even more amazing was the fact that a week after having the smog done & paid for, I received a letter informing me they had made an error on our invoice, it stated I'd been overcharged by $8.25 (honestly I never would have noticed or been concerned about if I had discovered it before receipt of the letter, they had been so kind & helpful from the moment I pulled onto the property, not to mention the fact they helped me get $1500 unexpectedly which was so exciting) they then sincerely apologized & enclosed was a reimbursement check for the $8.25 overcharge. They are the real deal! I'd give them 10 stars if it would allow me to! Definitely worth any amount of time & money, just knowing you see in good hands. We need more business like this in this day & age!

These guys are great with a great price too. They charged $58 out the door for my 2008 Ram 1500. Anywhere else they would have charged me $15 more. I'll be coming back for my other cars. Thank you guys!
