Very impressed. I found a jewel in my town. Brought my Charger R/T yesterday to Rav. Diagnosis was done immediately. The following day, all the work was completed as promised. Such nice people running this professional shop. The communication was excellent. Extremely courteous. Not often that anyone can find great work, good pricing, and astounding customer service. This was my first time, obviously I'll continue to come here in the future. On a side note, I also look for the little things that count too. I left with two 2025 calendars of my choice and he insisted on putting them in a nice bag for me. Happy customer! Thank you guys!

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto shop. Over the summer, I brought my cars in for insurance photo inspections and had a great experience, so I was shocked by the negative service this time. I took my 2021 Honda Civic in for radar sensor calibration, but after two visits, the issue remained unresolved. I had confirmed earlier in the week that it would be fine to drop the car off, but it still wasn’t repaired. When I questioned the owner, he dismissively said, “Just give him his keys” without addressing my concerns. I wish he had just been honest and told me he couldn’t fix it or didn’t have the time. As it turns out, they don't have the appropriate software to program my radar sensor. I don't understand why it took two Saturdays of leaving the car there 6+ hours a day to arrive at that conclusion. During my first visit, I was told the diagnostic fee was $150, which I assumed was a flat fee. However, it turned out to be per hour, and I was charged $324 with taxes and credit card fees. Despite paying this, the radar lights were still blinking because they didn’t have time to complete the job. I left annoyed but optimistic they would finish the repair the next Saturday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I had to return to a car with the same unresolved issue again. I was quoted approximately $250 for the radar calibration, yet when I got home from dropping the car off a second time, it somehow jumped to $600. (So getting call was not great news after feeling ripped off on the diagnostic last weekend....) The owner spent most of our conversation bragging about how many customers he has, essentially saying he didn’t need my business. I took my car to a Honda dealership, where they resolved the radar issue for just $220—less than the diagnostic fees I paid at this shop. While I’m glad my car is finally fixed, I regret the time and money wasted. In addition to the financial cost, I wasted two Saturdays waiting for incomplete repairs. While they waived charges for the oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment after I questioned the inflated diagnostic fee, it felt like an afterthought. I can’t recommend this shop—if you value honesty, reliable service, and respect for your time, look elsewhere. I'm glad it appears others had positive experiences here, I wish I could say I did too.

I was a new customer Bringing my son's car into the shop. I spoke to Rav On the phone and he seemed very nice at first. I explained to him that my son did not want to spend a lot of money to fix the car.And he said that that's what he does is help people in the community and doesn't charge a lot. They said it should be 2 days. They had the car for 4 days. They charge a diagnostic fee for every seperate thing that they do instead of charging one diagnostic fee for the whole car. When I called to ask about the car, he was very rude and annoyed that i called after 4 days of them having the car. He charged a fortune for hardly any work done. $700 to clear a sunroof drain and a wheel alignment. This is a horrible shop and I would never recommend anybody to go there.

I have been using Rav’s Auto for over three years now. They are one of the friendliest and most honest auto repair shops I have ever used. Always gets repairs done quickly and accurately. My car was there this week.,I was told repair would take 2 days. It only took one day and I was extremely happy. I will continue to use Rav’s Auto going forward.

Can’t understand The stupid Indian that answers the phone they charge tax on everything separately and charge more then one diagnostic fee for the same job. This place sucks don’t waste your time or money here. It somehow takes 4 days to clean sunroof drain and do an alignment for 700$ is crazy. This place is a scam. Never trust no Indian mechanics all they do is scam
