Terrible customer service. Came in and bought paint, after shooting some on a test panel realized it was not a match. Brought the paint back with the test piece and my fuel door to show how far off the color was, and was laughed out of the store. The employee behind the counter was rude and cursing at me while other customers laughed about it. I was not being rude at all, certainly did not deserve this sort of reaction and no attempt at resolve whatsoever. Who runs this shop that allows employees to carry themselves like this?

Awesome. They have most everything you need in stock. Prices are fair and Ray is super helpful if you need any product information or painting/bodywork advice. They don't color match paint with a camera tho, best for that is LKQ Finishmaster. I Def recommend this store over Finishmaster for prices and having everything in stock.

Ray senior and junior are usually there to help you. They have everything you could need for your automotive painting needs. They offer great advise as well. Check out my sons Mini Cooper we color matched.

Best paint supply in Tucson. DIY paint job on my 97 Camaro in GM Bright Red and I wanted the same "Bright Red" color and a super wet look clear and these guys matched the color perfectly. The advice they gave me was spot on and suggested the perfect clear. I finished the job over the weekend and am amazed at the finish. Ray's is very experienced and tell you everything you need to know to do the job right. I had a very poor experience with what was supposed to be the "best" in Tucson around the Grant and Stone area. There I was told they could not match the color and that the manufacturer of the base would "Pay Me" if it actually matched and tried to upsell me to way out of my budget. Anyway I am so glad I found Ray's and will recommend them over anyone anywhere!!! Thank YOU!!!!
