Rayda Tires

It’s a beautiful Sunday morning.I had breakfast with my family then I went out to get a tire for my car. I arrived at Rayda Tire Shop, the lot was full so I parked my car and I waited, I went to one of the tire mechanic who seems to be a senior there so I told him I need tires for my car. He said OK 1 minute 30 minutes later he is pulling other cars in and he noticed me looking at him and he ignored me, so I approached him and asked him, didn’t I told you that I need tires for my car. He said to me what size of tires you need, I know what size of tires my car uses but isn’t it your job to go and find out what’s actually on the car? I told him I talked to you and you are working on other cars, he ignored me. So i got bit angry and I said what kind of service you are providing here, he started speaking spanish. I went in the office to look for the manager and another senior told me the manager is not in, then the one that I was originally talking to waived him off. I truly believe this was racism, because they were much kinder there kind. I will never go back to this place but management need to look into the people that work there! I went else where and got the tire and was treated with professionalism and I show my appreciation by leaving a very nice tip! I can’t believe what this world is turning into.

I came here and I got a really good price on two new tires and they really help me out but then I noticed that both of the rims we're completely scratch with cracked paint like if I hit a curb perfectly on the whole tire 100% of the edge area was damaged.

This place says it closes at 6pm I show up at 5:40 and they wouldn't plug my tire. Bad business i hope they lose there customers
