RB Services Station

RB Station are life savers! This shop is excellent, quick, affordable and professional! Brought our car with a problem, Roger tested and diagnosed it within minutes, started fixing it then shortly after 20 minutes my car started working like brand new! Their location is perfect because there’s so much to do while waiting. Definitely will be making RB Station my go to mechanic spot!

I had a sudden emergency with my brake line and Roger at RB Service Station really came through for me. They took me in right away, ordered the necessary parts, and got the repair done quickly and efficiently. The price was very fair, especially considering the urgency of the situation. The mechanic was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm so grateful to have found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars

My experience at RB service station was far beyond my expectations. I went in to get a quote on my brakes as they were in dire need of replacement. Not only did Roger take the time out to show me what exactly needed repair, he also explained in great detail what he would be replacing. I had a few lights on the dash as well. He took the time out to check it out. I didn't even remember to ask. He explained to me what they meant and how it can be fixed. Lastly, I had an oil leak inside the engine that I went to several mechanics to try and fix but they all told me my car was on its last leg with the oil issue. Roger repaired it same day with no issue thus far. If you want great service, professionalism, fair pricing, quality care for your car, check this place out!! Also, if you came here before and had a bad experience or read a bad review, you might want to check the dates. This place is under new management recently and the experience is not what it may have been for you a while ago! Thank you, RB station & thank you Roger. I will be returning. -Shonnie

I had an excellent experience at RB service station. The moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail and provided a clear estimate before proceeding with any work. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My vehicle runs like new again! As a Kew Gardens resident, I have been coming here for years! Great customer service. Roger is transparent with what has to be done. I get a clear explanation of my options and the different prices when it comes to auto parts or when I am due for an oil change. Many times, I stopped by because a dashboard light coming ON, and was educated on why it came on and what would have to happen in order for the problem to be fixed. If convenient I would schedule a later visit that week or the following. Flexibility is also important and another way to offer great customer service. I will keep coming here for my auto mechanic needs. I highly advise those looking for a knowledgeable and professional mechanic to give them a visit.
