The experience here was not the best. Staff members don't look at you to talk and are not friendly. I am not here to make friends, but I am a new customer and at least a good first impression you need to do as a business. Came for an oil and filter change.. they asked 1:30 hour at least ... passed already 2 hrs and still waiting on the chairs that stay outside of the building under the sun. I just ask3d why they were taking so long, so they said that they were waiting for the security locker key to check the wheels. They didn't even try to call me to ask... if I don't ask... gosh. Now, let's see if the service is good and there is no leaking after the oil change. The positive thing is that they do a complete report of your car and send it to you by text.

Manny was excellent as well as the whole the whole staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They took care of our vehicle with phenomenal care and precision. We will definitely be back!

Honest Shop with great customer service! Highly Recommended! I heard some squeaking coming from my brake and made an appointment for the following day to get them changed. During the free brake exam, they discovered that my brakes were still good with over half the life left and even showed them to me. BIG Shout out to Mr. Mike Casey, he was honest and told me it wasn’t necessary to change them now. Mike provided excellent customer service and was knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. I ended up getting an oil change since they already had the car raised and did a bunch of work. I moved to Temecula a little over 2 years ago and in the city that I last lived in, I always had to deal with dishonest auto shops. That’s not the case here, we definitely lucked out. My family and I will only be coming here from now on and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone whenever asked!

Absolute awesome service. Needed my Smog check done, and they were the closest ones to my house. Being in the military is difficult, and when your holiday leave is ending and you just received the papers in the mail saying your vehicle needs it's registration renewed but the Smog needs to happen first, it's easy to get frustrated. Very helpful service team, and very expedient and punctual. They said 45 minutes, and it was. Highly recommend this location for vehicle needs.

Thank you for continuing to work to solve a “check engine” problem that several other auto repair shops could not fix. My hope is that your mechanics can solve this issue. I want to give a special thanks to up front Mike and back corner Mike and all of the mechanics who worked on my old Jeep. I appreciate your patience and not giving up. Even directing me to find probably the very last EVAP part in the US to help get my Jeep back on the road again. Redhawk Auto is the best!
