Redhawk Auto Service - Murrieta

Had my Audi Q8 oil changed. Was a seamless process Martha took care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend Redhawk for their services. Car was done in a timely manner and communication the whole time. I will be back for future services👍

I received outstanding service at this repair shop. I went in on a late Saturday afternoon and spoke to Service Advisor Heath Fulgar and explained what I needed done to include a repair another shop didn't get quite right. He walked out to my car took a look under the hood and said "We Can Make It Happen" ! Heath locked me on for Monday morning and assigned Technician Jimmy Marquez who was instrumental in correcting the fix from the other shop and getting my car fixed in a timely fashion. I was kept in the loop the entire time. Heath applied store coupons to the final bill that I didn't know were available which was a pleasant surprise. He also walked me out to my car to show me the work that had been done to make sure I was completely satisfied. Now this is what I call outstanding customer service! Thanks to the superb customer service provided by Heath and Jimmy, Redhawk Auto Service will definitely get future business and referrals from me.

1st time in. Came in for a smog check on a car i recently purchased from the auction. Redhawk Auto is a great find. Customer Service is top-notch and staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to see a small business that knows their customers by first name. I believe the week on every make and model, as there was a nice mix of German, Japanese and American cars in the lot. I will be back for other services and would recommend them (at least for a smog), but I will update this review when other services or repairs have been completed for me.

The first smog shop I went to was “open” however, the owner posted a note saying “will return shortly”, so I waited for 10 minutes then decided to go elsewhere which happened to be Redhawk Auto Service. Jessica and Martha saved the day with their amazing service and personalities! I wish I’d found them 3 years ago when I moved to the area however, better now than not at all.

Redhawk far exceeded my expectations. We needed alot of work on an old Acura SUV last minute before a cross country trip. The team did everything we asked and more all at a super reasonable price. And the people were amazing!
