I had a accident which broke my carbon fiber bumper, took it to them and thru insurance they figured everything out and even parts that I didn’t know that were damaged they still replaced it and the paint looks perfectly match just like the panel gaps are outstanding.

I was told it would be a 2 week process for front end re spray. Car looks worst then it did before I dropped it off. Was not prepped properly before paint would not recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your time and most importantly your money

𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 , 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 😬, At first, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but to summarize my experience, they failed to communicate effectively with the insurance company.I documented everything from the first day of doing business with them, including details from phone calls. This is my honest and thorough review, which cannot be copied and pasted. I will never take ANY of my cars here again. Additionally, a worker was smoking in my car, which I have evidence of on my dashcam.

I dropped my car off at Reds collision June 18th I was told it would be a 3 week job I payed $2k up front and was told to pay the rest when I pick up. I arrived to pick up the car. I then spotted a few drips and dents in the paint. I contacted the owner Reds and he never responded back at all. I then went to him in person and he told me that a 4k paint job is the minimum he pays 20k for a paint job and it’s not going to be perfect which was highly unprofessional. I dropped the car back off to be corrected for 2 weeks I then return to pick up to see that they didn’t even finish buffing the passenger side so I had to bring it in again a 3rd time those guys are careless and just look to get money instead of actually taking care of their customers. They used my car cover to cover another dusty car that had body work and apologized and promised to clean.They left my car windows down while it rained. The owner Reds is unprofessional I called him more then 10 times and sent messages after messages. Till this day he still never responded to me. Last time I’ll ever support his business.
