The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and I was thrilled to pick up my car earlier than expected! The quality of the paint job is flawless—it looks like my car just rolled off the showroom floor again. They even polished it to perfection, and when I opened the door, it was spotless inside and out. I couldn’t believe how pristine it looked! As a bonus, Eddie noticed some minor damage I had that wasn’t part of the original repair and touched it up at no extra cost. Talk about going the extra mile! The receptionist was also fantastic—efficient, professional, and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I had a very strict time constraint and Regency was able to meet those deadlines. The process was stream-less and hassle-free, thanks Eddie and Eli. I am satisfied with the work they provided and the skill of the techs to refinish my Honda. Regency collision center is absolutely amazing. Having your car hit is terrible, but Regency collision center Auto Body Shop made the process so much easier and less overwhelming. The experience was beyond exceptional. The crew were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process, which included dealing with my insurance company, adjuster and more.
