My father brought his car to Gina after having a fire in his garage. Work was done, parts were ordered job was never completed. The insurance paid her and the job was never completed. She put in a used cluster, antenna FM radio doesn't work, Gas tank still has wrong reading and a close the lid of gas cap is constantly on. She was paid for a new key piece and never delivered let alone install. Besides the outrageous fees she stated for the insurance, work was done incorrectly and parts were never received. SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY MAN. Please keep your parents away from this place. We decided to bring car to another place (can not deal with her anymore) and insurance won't cover coast because of this incompetence. Gina talks a good game. I will report her to the better business bureau for Elder Fraud. 2 months later and still waiting for part.

So I came here to do a few things to my car, including installing new tires, balancing and wheel alignment along with an oil change. These guys threw the dirty spare into the clean trunk, instead of placing it under the car where it belongs. They just jammed the cable that retains the spare into the shock absorber springs between brake cables and other moving parts of the suspension instead of winding it. They covered the steering wheel in a layer of black grease and covered the floor with it, mixed with gasoline that apparently covered the floor after being spilled from another car. They recorded the car mileage number in kilometers (they messed with odometer settings) as if it were miles and when I drove off, got onto the highway, it turned out that the car shakes wildly at 50 mph and faster. All because... They did not balance the wheels even though they got paid to do that. Oh, almost forgot: they also ripped my exhaust pipe, because it was hanging by 3 wires, but did not re-attach it, leaving it hanging very low, even though when I brought the car in, I asked them that they should not do anything to it from how it was when the car was brought in.

Absolute scammers and terrible mechanics. These guys are clowns. Please do not waste your time here. They will lie to your face and they are 100% incompetent. They charged me hundreds for services they never performed, damaged my property and now when i try to rectify- radio silence. Im still in the proccess of getting refunded for the services they didnt perform. They told me "no refunds" even if they didnt do the work they got paid for. Next step is small claims court. I'm furious. This shop and their sister shops are crooks. Avoid- avoid - avoid! The positive reviews are written by friends and coworkers, not customers. Stay Away from this shop!

This place always feels like they are going to rip me off somehow. My most recent experience: went to get a battery I had bought installed, it needed a new bracket as well. They charged 70 for both labor and bracket ($10 value).. expensive but whatever... The asian lady at the counter said no tax if I pay in cash. So I walk across the street to get cash from an ATM. And then when I am settling, I am giving the 70, but the lady gives me a sly nod pointing to the owner and says to ask the owner about the tax. The owner says tax no matter what - cash or credit. Fine, whatever... Next thing is I am waiting forever. I ask the woman at the counter, and she got my keys and said something negative about her coworkers. Basically, they've been done for a while but neglected to give me the keys. Terrible service. On top of that, come to find out, they used the wrong battery bracket and ended up zip tying everything to hell. I have been going here for years because they are super close to me, but this is the last straw for me. I would honestly stay away.

I would VERY highly recommend this Service Station. I had an accident with my car. Their repair was beyond excellent. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly. I couldn't be more satisfied with my whole experience. If in doubt do contact them!
