Reliable Auto Care

Unexpectedly my car starting making a horrendous noise just a mile away from this shop. I pulled in and received such great help, service, and compassion. They were quick to diagnose and fix it all in 24 hours and for such a great price. I could not be happier with their level of service and knowledge. I will be going back for future services.

If you have a diesel don't take it here as they aren't allowed to work on it, even if its just an A/C recharge that you need, Pricing is average

Finally found honest and reliable mechanics at this business. Heard about them from a neighbor who uses them all the time and I was pleasantly surprised. Normally took our cars to the Dealership for repairs until finding out they are unscrupulous and tried to overcharge for work that did not need to be done. I got a second opinion on work "needed" and nothing was wrong with the cars. Took me awhile to find great and honest mechanic work so thank you Reliable Auto Care.

The best auto shop!! Yesterday I brought in my car due to smelling gasoline. I didn't see any leak underneath, and whilst other shops would have just shrugged it off, Nelson actually removed the entire backseat and found a leak on the top of the fuel pump. He patiently explained the danger of that and gave me an honest review of options, showing me his computer monitor for manufacturer prices, and had it installed ASAP. So hard to find somewhere reliable (ha), but this place lives up to its name. Prices are competitive, service is quick, mechanics are completely honest and upfront about causes and estimates. Nelson in particular is fantastic; very thorough and helpful, always answers questions and makes sure you understand. Do note though that they don't install customer-bought parts, but that's totally understandable due to liability. I've visited when unsure about something and I wasn't charged for an inspection or even their time. They even have great WiFi and several comfortable chairs. I've been here several times after shopping for a good mechanic for years, and I've never regretted it. Highly recommend!

I have been using Reliable auto service for 10 years now. I keep going back because they very honest and outstanding customer service. Took my Toyota in today because the brakes started to vibrate when braking. I was I informed that the rotators were slightly wrap, but because I still had 60% life left on the pads, I could wait until the pads were wore more and then turn the rotators and replace the pads. They also check out the AC. No charge for both services. I seldom give a 5 star rating, but Reliable auto deserves such a rating. I I
