It was a great experience. I had My oil changed and took a look at an exhaust issue. The oil change was quick and the exhaust was looked at and I was given a fair quote right away. The staff were very cordial and professional and I was completely pleased. I plan to have the exhaust taken care of when I can afford to. Thank You!

I took my car here for brakes. They provided great service and communication at a reasonable price and I had my car back the same day. This is the second time I’ve taken cars here and both times I’ve walked away satisfied the job was done right. They never tried to upsell me or tell me I needed unnecessary repairs. I’ll definitely be going back again for any future car repairs or maintenance.

Found out Ryan is gone (let go a week before Christmas - I REPEAT HE IS NOT ON VACATION AS THE NEW OWNER WOULD LIKE YOU TO THINK) and new owner clearly doesn’t recognize that clients come to see familiar faces they trust. Also found out Zach their main mechanic is gone who was the absolute best at working on my car. Will never be back. I’ve easily popped in close to 10k in the past three years and they won’t see another dime from me. I spoke with both of them personally and found out the truth.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful service I was given! Ryan was so personable and helpful as well as the mechanic! I'm 85 and needed help to know what needed to be done and prices! I highly recommend Reliable! They are the best of the best!!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. If your car cannot be fixed in a timely manner, they offer you a free rental until it's fixed. I would definitely come back!

Had a great experience getting my brakes done at Reliable Auto Repair! I needed both front and rear pads & rotors replaced, and the service was done quickly without. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values both quality work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience. The service quality seems to have shifted since last year. The team interactions aren't quite as on point, and the staff's knowledge seems less extensive. I particularly miss the exceptional front desk service from last November. Also, the technical service seems to have become less thorough. It seems as though the entire staff left for better opportunities forcing the owner to struggle to find quality replacements. Based on these observations, I can only recommend checking out other options in the area. Geneva/Batavia/St.Charles have a ton to choose from.

Took Audi for a basic oil change, windshield replacement and clogged spray, oil leak. They created 10 issues. 1. Didn't fix the clog. 2. Car has a check engine light that wasn't prior 3. Other leak that wasn't prior 4. Car started stalled before leaving. 5. Took the car back next day, discovered "another" leak( according to Geo, in order to charge for a different issue to avoid honoring their warranty.), 6. Return the Audi for repairs NOT original fixed 7. Without a car for a week they stated that they would have a loaner for us, that did not happen. 8. 2nd time, we did have a loaner however, the owner said they would take care of it 10 days, were charged. 9. Audi is stalling , that wasn't an issue prior to going there 10. The owners which apparently anybody talked to is the owner, and their employees are completely incompetent, SCAMMERS!

Will not be back! New owner is trash! Tried to overcharge for an oil change while you are showing a coupon for $49.99. Oil change always takes a 1.5 hours, if not longer. Why? They never have my filter in stock. I MAKE AN APPT! You know I’m coming, why aren’t you ordering ahead of time?? That was when I was DONE! I spoke to Ryan, who made it right by giving me a free oil change. Made the appt, and came in for my oil change. No more Ryan…WOW…..they then tried to charge me for my oil change. “No notes in the system” is what I was told. I walked out. Not paying this place another dime, EVER!! Owner needs to learn about the business be bought. Listening to this guy talk about your vehicle is scary. Knows nothing!!!! He also needs to learn customer service. Good luck keeping this place open
