Went to use their Groupon promotion for an oil change for $20 upon calling to schedule appt the guy who answered seemed a bit hostile. He asked what my car was and when I told him he said your lucky, I don’t see many of those cars. Then I said they’re reliable and he said like my business and I said ur lucky lol. I just felt apprehensive and with the tonality of the guy mixed with the hidden fees of oil disposal which claim to be included in the Groupon offer, I wasn’t trusting it. Take ur car somewhere else for cheaper, I’ll stick with Walmart as usual because between the price and the gas not to mention fees it will cost more to go to HB. This is why I don’t care much for Groupon they either barely give you a deal or have you going to some hole in the wall business. Hearing he was booked for the weekend was aggravating too. These reviews don’t even make sense how does a one man show have 5 star reviews if he doesn’t even have enough staff or big enough facility to host more car appointments and has offers on Groupon. The math ain’t mathing. I’m not mad just a bit annoyed because now I have to wait three to five days for a refund.

Excellent service!! Got a quote to get my transmission fluid drain and refilled for $125 and got an appointment for the next day and at the end of my service I ended up paying less than $90! Prompt and friendly service. Wagih checked my tires for me, asked about some lights i had on and even noticed a part of my engine was broken and got me a quote to fix it at the end of my service. I never would have known about that broken part despite just having gotten an oil change somewhere else not that long ago but he made sure I was in tip top shape to keep my car running. I don't think I'll be getting my car serviced anywhere else from now on!

I hit some debris on the freeway on a Friday night, and by Saturday morning, my skid plate was loose and dragging. I called around to some places, but the earliest they could see me was Monday. Luckily, I found Reliable Auto! I called around 1:15 pm and Wagih answered and said he could see me at 2 after he was finished with his current customer. Worst-case, he would have to remove my damaged skid plate, but he was able to save it! In just 15 minutes, he secured the plate back in place and managed to fix the large crack in the center by bolting the two pieces together. No more dragging skid plate! Afterward, I found out he was actually supposed to close at 2, but he stayed open to help me. He could have easily told me no when I called, so it was very thoughtful and kind that he stayed open, even for an extra 15 minutes. And he only charged me $30 (a lot cheaper than a new skid plate). Thank you, Wagih!
