Have been here now twice for repairs and Chuck is great! Very friendly, kind and hard working! The most recent visit involved quite the challenge to fix....and yet they got the job done and didn't overcharge. I feel they are honest and you can trust them. Glad to have a local body shop I can go to that I trust.

We could not be happier with the service we received at REMES. They were recommended to us by two different friends. Chuck was awesome...friendly, helpful and did great work. They fixed our issue ( a tricky one) for a more than a fair price that equaled the estimate, finished the work on time, and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Customer service at its best, from check-in up front to the task accomplished. I recommend you check them out!

I recently got into a fender bender and the man I hit recommended Remes. I'm so glad he did! Chuck Bawel gave me the estimate and was very professional and straightforward. They got my bumper replaced in a day. They were able to provide transportation to and from with no issue. I didn't feel like I was getting sold at all. It was an insurance claim, so I'm sure other places may take advantage of that. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Also, they cleaned my vehicle inside and out.

I was happy with the quality of work, and the pricing was reasonable, but communication was non-existent. I had a repair that should've been done within a week of my initial consultation, but it stretched to two months because they failed multiple times to provide updates about the status of ordering the panel that I needed. There was just no way I was getting information unless I took the initiative to call them about it. I'm definitely going somewhere else next time.

So impressed. I went for a free quote for some scratches on my car. Was told to come in and that they probably could buff it out and not need a paint job. The scratches were able to be buffed out and I wasn't charged (I would of gladly paid). Speaks so much to the integrity and honesty of this business!
