Not a great experience. I would have gone elsewhere,but my insurance suggested them and set everything up with them so fast that I didn't really have much of a choice. I had a small fix of 3 parts of my vehicle to be fixed after a grouse flew into my vehicle and caused damage. I was told this would take up to two weeks because they're short handed. Well, after 2 weeks, they still had not done anything with my vehicle! I called and the lady said, " we don't know when it will get done. We'll get to it when we can." What?! What kind of answer is that? I stopped a few days later and found out they were having issues with a paint gun and needed to fix it plus they're short handed! Basically 2 weeks turned into a month!! Even when the parts came in! Then when they said my vehicle was done and I have to pick it up that day.... I went to pick it up only to find out they painted my grille surround the same color as my jeep which is supposed to be black! It was black when I brought it in! I told the older gentleman that the grille is the wrong color and you didn't have my permission to paint it a different color. His response was, " But it looks nice and I made your vehicle look better than it it did." I told him but it's supposed to be black. He continued to blow it off and told me some story about the wrong color siding was put on his house and he and his wife learned to like it by having it grow on them. He said, "maybe the blue grille will grow on you." I said no, I like the black. I asked if they could put a black one on and if there would be cost because this is their mistake. He said he'd have to order the part and no charge.I had to get to work so called the next day and told them I want a new grille surround ordered and I want it black like it's supposed to be! Mind you, there were no apologies through this whole process! Customer service is not their strong suit. I waited for them to call as to when the part came in. Never got a call so I stopped in. Found out they were not going to order a new grille, but just paint the current one. I'm fine with that but they could have called earlier to tell me what was going on. They get two stars because they painted the grille back to black so that is how my vehicle should be. Which makes me happy! Then they also repaired the other parts even though they didn't align my headlight after installing it. I had to do that. I will never use their services again. I'm glad to be done with them. I've never experienced such poor service at a body shop. I understand being short handed but if you can't take a case because of that, then suggest another collision center so customers can get their vehicles fixed and on their way. I will say the younger gentleman was professional and I do appreciate that. So thank you for that.

Rhinelander Collision handled my deer collision repair on my brand new truck extremely well. They kept me up to date on timelines concerning parts ordering, which was difficult due to the supply chain issues from Covid. Their workmanship is top notch. They treated the repair as if it was their own vehicle. They also detailed the truck perfectly before pick up. Highly recommend the crew here. Thank you for the quality work.

Visiting the area for a week and ran into issues with our boat motor mid week. Called first thing in the morning and they said bring it right over. The team focused on our boat the minute we arrived and had us up and running smooth in just over an hour. They even went with me to water test everything before I headed back to out cabin rental. They wanted to make sure everything was running smooth before we left. Highly recommend.

I just want to leave a review about the experience my boyfriend had. It was okay at first and he was quoted for the work that he asked for with the use of an insurance claim and he was told that the check would cover just about all of it besides a couple hundered. He was quoted for a rock guard with paint match, he was told that the dent in his fender would be fixed and that the bumper did not need to be replaced. He was told that he should only owe a couple hundred out of pocket. He went to check on the progress and Matt stated that he had to charge him more for the paint and he replaced the bumper without it needing to be repacled. When we pick the truck up he said "the bumper is in good shape and really didn't need to be replaced so you can sell it" so not only did he replace the bumper without asking or needing to have it replaced. He charged him for it my boyfriend had to pay 1800 and some change out of pocket for things he did not ask to have replaced. I did go in with him and speak to Matt's mom about he false quotes and how it was not okay to charge people for things that they did not ask for or need to be replaced. I would NEVER recommend this company due to the disrespect they showed. They refused to work on the price nor did they have the decency to even apologize for anything! If I could give zero stars I would!

Matt and another associate of Rhinelander Collision Center went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with their service. Rhinelander Collision Center went to pick up my newly purchased pontoon boat from Phelps and brought it directly to my house since I do not have a pontoon boat trailer. They are nothing but the most professional, most friendly, customer service focused team of experts in collision, recreation and marine! Highly highly recommend.
