Poor service. Negligent technician team. Deceptive practice. Fraud. Took a truck in for service with one issue. Got it back the same if not worse. Tech broke a couple parts in the process, was charged for his mistake. Then when returned the truck for initial issue. Was told that would warranty would not cover it because they already covered 9k worth of work. The first time when nothing was done.

I just wanted to share my great experience at Ricart Ford. Special shout out to Michelle Inboden, she was beyond friendly and helpful. I took my Ford Explorer in to get the thermostat motor fixed, and we all dread when they find other issues: but she did some digging and found most of the cost would be covered by Ford under warranty. I was given a nice courtesy Explorer to drive while repairs that took a couple days waiting for parts. I am just so pleased with the transaction and experience. Michelle rocks! And I only drive FORD!! 馃敟馃檹馃徏

I've given this business multiple opportunities for decent customer service and have been disappointed numerous times now. First with the lies told during the purchase of my vehicle. During the signing process damage was reported and was promised to be repaired at home and never happened. Have since paid the vehicle off and attempted to trade in and set up appointment but was ignored and charged 150$ diagnostic fee for a 70$ mirror. I won't try again and will purchase a new truck or suv somewhere else. 馃憥馃徑

I am really irritated with Ricart Service department and Ford right now! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. Oil change was okay but the recall had to do with the sync system needing an update. Mind you that Ford put this recall out there. Before taking my vehicle in my radio and the screen was working. After doing the recall now my radio and screen in my vehicle no longer work and they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic which I refused to pay since it was their error. After doing the diagnostic they come back saying the problem is the APIM which has to do with the sync system and is wanting me to pay $1,334.51 again which I refuse to pay since whoever preformed the recall fried something in my sync system or the recall did something to it to where my radio and screen won't come back on. Now they act like they don't know a thing when I'm asked to bring my vehicle back in for probably a few days. Can't tell me when to bring it back or if they can give me a rental vehicle. I'm really pissed because I've called and messaged the person I've worked with and the manager of the service department. I was told they would have an answer for me about the case with Ford by Tuesday or Wednesday this week. They were supposed to get back with me yesterday and never did and have ignored every form of communication (phone call and text) I've done today to the individuals I've been working with and here it is getting to the end of the week. I just want my vehicle fixed. I've bought several vehicles at Ricart but next time I will take my business to Chevy if Ricart and Ford doesn't make this right. **Update: manager finally calls back right before they close saying that Ford isn't wanting to pay for the APIM when the recall from Ford is what messed it up but he wants to work on it some more by contacting Ford again and wants me to give him until tomorrow. Let's see if I get a call without having to reach out again to them first.

After day 9 we finally got the car back. Worst customer service ever. We call leave message no response. Sometimes we would get a person. Never a phone call for an update nothing. We had the car towed there since we purchased it there. Won鈥檛 make that choice again. It was a starter, it does not take 9 days to change a starter. We did ask them to check 1 other thing. Again not 9 days worth of items or work. Very dissatisfied with the customer care. Fred would be too!
