Richard's Radiators

1st time going there to get a quote. Extremely rude lady at the front no customer service. Im so glad I went somewhere else. I can't even believe their still in business. Just look at their reviews and comments about this lady. I would give ZERO stars if they allowed me.

I know what work I want dont to my car, called in and gentlemen was nice and took down my info and said he would call back with quote. Some other lady just called me back and asked who I was and if I had ever been there before. I tell her I'm new and I just want to know a quote for a water pump on my make model. She told me there too busy to be dealing with people like me and if I'm serious bring my car down to pay for a proper inspection first and then theyll talk to me about what it would cost.

The lady at the front was extremely rude. She was argumentative and contentious. I wanted To get a price on Installing a new radiator in my car. She would not give me a price unless I paid her $44 to look at my car. I explain to her I have already had another shop look at it and I know I need a radiator. She then reiterated that she would not give me a price and that I would have to pay her $44 for a technician to look at my car before she can quote me a price. This made no sense to me and she snapped back saying it doesn't make sense because you're not ready to buy in if you ready to buy your not ready to buy from us. I was speechless and walked away. If this is how they treat prospects I could imagine how horribly they treat their customers.

Very helpful and informational I needed a new radiator and couldn't find one for my old Toyota pickup sr5 v6 they were able to order me one thank you JR.
