It saddens me to write a bad review on this shop. I have been bringing cars here since I was a teen however things are not the same anymore. I was dealing with a vacuum pump issue and brought my car in. I had mentioned that there was some shaking and vibration while braking and also wanted them to check this issue out. After they ran their diagnostic I was told my car needed lower control arms on both sides. Also that I had a speed sensor connector that they could fix with a zip tie which they charged me $75 for without replacing the connector itself. I trusted their diagnostic and judgement as I am not the expert I paid the money $1435.85 for just the control arms. My total was $2827.85, when I came to pick up my car I had asked if my car was still shaking when braking and Kyle just beat around the bush not giving me an answer in fact he told me that he was not the on that drove the car or worked on it. I made it known that if there’s any issue I will certainly be coming back. I ended up getting my car back after paying almost $3k with more issues. My all wheel drive has been disabled since they worked on the car. Due to one of the "repairs" they made. After bringing the car back they kept it for another week to fix this issue and it still is not fixed. I can’t even pull out of a parking spot without my car jerking and shaking due to my all wheel drive being disabled. I spent a lot of money that I didn’t really have for these issues to be fixed and am having issues due to the work they did. The only thing that they fixed was the vacuum pump $750 total in parts and labor. Out of the $2827.85 that I paid this shop.

I'm extremely impressed with the service! My parents have gone here for years and now I know why. I stopped to see if I could get the air pressure checked in my tires and they were more than happy to help! I will definitely be taking my car here for service going forward! Thank you!

Been taking my car here for years now and I can’t say anything bad. I just recently had front brakes and rotors replace for $370 and I think that was a pretty good deal. I would recommend if your in Hilliard or the west side. Update: As of 8/7/24 I can honestly say I am highly disappointed in the fact they just robbed me for $161.00 for a diagnostic. Upon arrival I told them I am receiving codes 0335 and 0420. They called me after a couple hours and told me the exact same codes and wanted to charge me almost $500 to repair the crank shaft sensor. It’s ridiculous but I will never return that was just wrong and a waste of $161.00.

Today we were headed out of town and my daughter had gotten new tags for her car. She went to change them and the screws were completely rusted!! We didn’t know what to do and we stopped by the shop and the guys came right out to help. They got us together and on the road for our vacation. They were so kind. We were very appreciative!
