Honest, dependable, kind, communicative, transparent and knowledgeable. Rick is so helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service. After assessing your car's needs, he sends over pictures of each suggested issue with a description and price for each line item. You are therefore able to immediately discuss and clearly decide what needs to be done, and approve the work on the spot. There are no surprises at the end of any work that happened without your prior knowledge. He has a loner car if needed, he truly puts his clients first.

Ricks’ automotive is the best! For years I have taken my 2 BMW’s, one is the X3 and the other a 7 series 740i, and they both run excellent. Don the foreign car expert worked on my X3, and I have Not had any trouble out of it in years. I bring them back for “checkups”, and their back running like Black stallions🏇💯 Thanks Rick and the guys for always taking care of my babies! God bless you guys❤️

I needed a pre-purchase inspection fast on a Friday afternoon. I was in final negotiations, about to buy a car and I wasn't sure of the needed repairs. Rick was awesome! I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick! Seven months ago, he installed my rear brakes and rotors, and recently, there was an issue.
