Could not have asked for a better experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called to confirm their availability, explained the issue I faced at the dealership service center (I was given an inaccurate diagnosis), and they set an appointment for me next day. They confirmed that the diagnosis I got from the dealership was inaccurate and provided me an accurate solution. Once my extended warranty (MaxCare) approved the repair and the part came in, they got to work and completed it in no time. I can now open and close my trunk again because of them. 🙌 As a woman, I was happy to be somewhere that I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I’d also recommend waiting at La Cereza Cafe & Bakery (a 10 minute walk down the street) and having a breakfast sandwich!

I took my 07 Toyota Prius into my usual local shop, they explained that a dealership needs to handle the repairs. Rick's was recommended by my parents who swear by them. Car was not starting up just completely died on me going to work one day. Being a computer issue and some engine coils that needed to be replaced I was able to get the car back in perfect condition. This is my daily driver and only car. I really rely on it to support my family and getting to work. So glad I listened to my parents and put this repair in Rick's Japanese Car Care hands. They took care of the problem, and I am so happy with fix. I will now ONLY be using Rick's for any future repairs, and services. They have an awesome team, and I am so grateful to find this shop.
