Owe these guys one. I am a student at UW-La Crosse and had an issue related to misfiring with my newer Mazda while driving home to the Madison area for an important family event. The previous week, I had my car in at the Mazda dealer where I was told everything was fine… well, they were wrong. Had my car towed to Rick’s and they were able to do a pretty significant repair and get me back on the road the following day. Don was awesome to work with—as a younger driver I hadn’t experienced a situation like this before (especially so far from home), but Don made me feel at home, ensuring everything would be alright. The team did great work to get my vehicle back up and running. Also feel the need to mention that while waiting for my ride for nearly 90 minutes, there were a number of customers (some more difficult than others) that came in to pick up and drop off their vehicles, and each of these customers were treated with the same compassion and patience. Don and team, thanks so much for your help. Go to these guys for any of your repair needs!

Had an electrical failure in my way to work Monday morning, and they were able to get my car in immediately, diagnosed and parts ordered before noon. My car was done the next day with great communication, great service, and great people skills. Highly recommend.

Had them install a small lift kit in my son's truck. CV axle had to be replaced almost immediately. Fine. It happens. The problem here is we ended up being charged hundreds more on a "quality" install fully knowing it was an older truck with some Wisconsin rust, the Workmanship is garbage. Zip tie mechanics??
