This is by far one of the strangest and rudest places I've ever been to. I live just a block away and decided to take my new car there a couple of years ago for an inspection, but they told me their inspection machine was broken. Today, I thought I'd give it another try with my new car. While I was there, I saw other cars being inspected, and the machine appeared to be working. Once they finished with the car in front of me, I pulled up and waited, thinking they were wrapping up. After about five minutes, an older gentleman looked at me and just said, 'What?' I explained that I was there for an inspection, which is usually quick and easy with a new car – just $10, and you're done. Suddenly, they told me the machine was broken again. Then a bald guy with a mustache and beard came out acting like he was in charge and told me to leave, insisting the machine was broken. I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but I’m definitely reporting them to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Consumer & Facilities Services Complaint Unit. It seems like they pick and choose who to help and who to pass. As a local, trying to support a small business shouldn’t be this difficult. If I could give them zero stars, I would."

I bring my car in for an inspection to the mechanic next to this shop and out of nowhere someone from Ricky and Louis calls me asking me questions in a very rude and unprofessional tone. Asking why didn't I get my car inspected at another shop, I need tires, and finally said to talk to the mechanic I originally brought it to because he's not dealing with it. Yes, I brought it to the other mechanic not you so why are you calling me with that rude tone? His other negative reviews are probably true. Avoid this shop unless you want to be spoken to so unprofessional.

I always come here for car services and it’s always a quick and easy process ! My inspections are always done within hours and they are kind professional people. Roger is a great guy and always is accommodating.
