I would really like to thank Ricky Ratchet’s for my little Kia this past week that I purchased in July 2024. Arriving from out of province. Paperwork all in order. Extremely grateful for my little reliable car and new snow tires with our London current weather this week. I would highly recommend Ricky Ratchet’s as I had them before as an Auto Shop living in London, Ontario for 26 years before being out east. Me dropping my vehicle off and them delivering me directly to work on time. From getting a tow truck to me when necessary before this vehicle to another time, them delivering my vehicle right to my home. Their customer service has always been accommodating and I would highly recommend them every day, any day!

Rick and his staff have been installing snow plows onto my trucks for over 10 years now. Rick always finds ingenious ways to mount the plows as they need to be customized to the individual vehicle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Rick is extremely good at getting the job done quickly and even works overtime and weekends to meet deadlines. Highly, highly recommended.

My granddaughter goes to school in London while I live in Vancouver. Whenever I visit, I take her car to Ricky Ratchets because I know they will be honest and will ensure her car is in good repair and in safe condition. He has gone over and above, delivering her car back to her when she was unable to pick it up. I always know I can call from home and he will do whatever he can if needed. Highly recommend Ricky Ratchets!
