Four attempts to get ball joints done. In the end, they left my Lower control arms loose. Shlt service. Couldn’t pay me to go back. *edited: charged me more than once for bad work. Keep the change for gas, conartlst

Very happy with my first visit here, needed an alignment on an old van which proved difficult to zero in, but they persevered and got the job done, very knowledgeable, charged me standard rate even though it was being worked on for a number of hours, even ran passed closing but the Owners and mechanic stayed until it was done. Very pleased with my experience and will return and recommend to others in the future.

Very nice people, however I took my truck in after the check engine light came on and was told my timing chains and tension rods needed to be replaced. I spent over $4k on all the repairs, and got the truck back with the engine making constant ticking sounds (low end knocks), after a few attempts trying to fix the knocks I was told the entire engine needed to be replaced at over $9k, I do not recommend this shop after this experience.

I’m not from Franklin. I was visiting from out of state and my Jeep broke down. The crew at Ridgecrest took care of me from the first call to having the Jeep towed quickly to getting the Jeep repaired. Very friendly and top notch service for a fair price. If you are from out of town this is a local garage you can trust. 5 stars. Roman Hammes
