Ridgecrest Towing and Auto Services

I had the engine replaced by Ridgecrest in my Buick Regal GS after the timing chain broke and bent valves. They had a lot of hoops to jump through in the process including the first brand new engine being junk, and having to do the whole process a second time. They did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied. When all said and done, my car runs like new, and I'm very pleased. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! I'll definitely work with them again in the future.

I had a flat tire. Completely flat, so I had to call AAA. They sent Ridgecrest Towing & Auto Services out to help me. It turned out that I had a nail in my tire. They removed my tire and found the hole and repaired it with a plug. I was charged $15.00 for that service. I was very happy to have that taken care of for me and didn’t have to have my spare tire put on. Alfred and Dillon did an awesome job, arrived quickly, and fixed my problem.

Spectacular guys! These young men that make this machine work are truly amazing. In a world where young men live in their moms basement these guys are killing it! Our RV brakes caught fire coming out of the mountains and while we put it out quickly, we needed all new brakes. We also live full time in our rig and being out of it is very expensive. Giuseppe allowed us to stay in the rv at their place while we waited for parts. Within two hours of arriving they’d diagnosed the problem, fixed everything they already had the parts for and ordered the rest. This is a 24 hour place and they work super hard! Austin did the bulk of our repair and we are so thankful that the fire department called them for us. I’d also like to say this town is adorable with lots to do outdoors

My kids and I got stuck in a ditch while on vacation at 10 pm. I called AAA and they sent out a truck. It was wonderful service and our driver made sure my kids and I were safe and the car didn’t have any damage. Thank you for taking the extra time on us!

Dale (truck # 27) arrived promptly and took great care in securing my disabled vehicle. While inroute he had kept me updated on ETA and voice called to verify my location when 15 minutes out. Dale is quick, skilled, and very professional. What's even better is his calm and affable personality...just the kind of person you'd want to have your back in a roadside emergency.
