Right Away Repair

This company is nothing short of fantastic. I have a DOA Chevy Express on a Monday morning and before noon they are at my shop repairing the van and it's up and running. The place I usually go to where the guy grumbles when he answers the phone was telling me Thursday. (NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN) The service writer that took my call and sent the mechanic my way was impressive, informative, professional and reassuring. Was it expensive? Yes, but cheap at half the price. These guys are worth their weight in gold! Their service is incredible in this day of no one cares! Way to go and thank you very much!

This company has the best customer service! Unlike most truck repair shops where you’re met with a gruff "WHAT?" on the phone, getting a quote here is easy. John, the service rep, is super nice and friendly—definitely a game-changer. Trust me, support this business!

Colin and his guys are awesome! They fixed my diesel pusher motorhome brakes in 2 days, coming out to my house because it was immobile. This was after another local RV place had it for a month before they told me they couldn't find parts for it. These guys do what they say, when they say it, and for a reasonable cost. This type of service is a lost art these days, and I will send anyone I know to them.

I have my first diesel pick up truck, and was having issues starting it in the cold, despite plugging it in. Well, Colin came out to look at it, and immediately diagnosed a bad block heater and glow plugs/relay. Not only did he explain things thoroughly, but he was honest and said that I only needed to fix the glow plugs, and didn't have to bother with the heating block if I didn't want to. Well, after a quick repair turnover, I can say that with the freezing temperatures in Michigan this week (single digits), Colin did a fantastic job. My truck starts just fine. It's hard to find a solid mechanic who's first priority is to get you back on the road, not to empty your wallet. Colin is definitely that solid guy. I absolutely plan on calling him first for any future repairs👍

One of the quickest mobile fleet services in the area. Honest and they care about there customers. Usually there same day you call if not the next day. Always staying in contact and giving updates on the repair. I’d recommend Collin and his guys to anybody
