Great online customer service and prices. Needed a part in a hurry and made an online order on the 4th of July. I contacted them by email that night and received an answer first thing in the morning, and It was shipped the same day. Even though it was a coast to coast shipment, I received the parts in 3 days, and saved me from some headache. One thing is that I did not get a order confirmation email at the time of order, but I did receive one when the order shipped so no real issue there.

Better than Amazon! Recently purchased a CPO XC90 and decided to add some accessories. Thomas was great to work with and I highly recommend purchasing from here. I placed an order, realized I made a mistake and contacted the dealership. They were so accommodating! I placed the correct order on a Saturday afternoon and received everything on Tuesday! The parts dept is closed over the weekend so that means they processed, filled and shipped the order on Monday. Thanks Thomas and crew!

I bought a 2023 Volvo XC90 in Huntington NY. The dealer in NY recommended Riley Volvo in Stamford for parts because the NY dealership is not known for selling parts. In the last week I’ve dealt with Chris and Tomas twice as I wanted to buy rubber floor mats for the vehicle. Both of these young men were professional, respectful, courteous and accommodating. Chris gave me the correct part number for the mats and even advised me to hold off a day on the purchase as a Labor Day sale was coming. I heeded his advice, waited one day, and ordered the mats on Friday, 9/1, and got an even bigger discount than was already being advertised. I received the mats yesterday, Wednesday, 9/6, and they fit like a glove. Kudos to both of these professional young men and for Riley Volvo of Stamford for employing them. I would order parts from them again in a heartbeat.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Refurbished waiting room/show with coffee machine and beverages available. Easy parking and complementary transportation to/from train station and vicinity.

Treat women very differently than men. I was talked over and down to, ignored, rushed, and was given the rapid fire jargon meant to scare. My husband called and was listened to, had a calm conversation, and a much more reasonable outcome in under a minute. Very gross behavior. My husband is by no means an expert, and yet I was belittled and ignored because I am not one, despite fully understanding what was wrong with our volvo. A dead battery. I don't deserve this treatment. If you are a man and are comfortable condoning this behavior, it seems you'll get help and acceptance without needing to be a mechanic yourself. If you are a woman, be prepared to be made to feel like an idiot for even attempting discuss your vehicle without being an expert mechanic yourself. Disgusting.
