Ring Gear Axle Shop & Auto Repair

My 2011 Ford Fiesta was leaking coolant/antifreeze badly (a reservoir a day). I really needed to get my car fixed on my days off (I am off Tuesday-Thursday). I called on Wednesday night right before close and Conan told me to be there at 9 AM the next day and he'd get me taken care of. My experience was as follows: *When I arrived I let him know that it was our only car and I'd be sticking around. Conan was nice enough to drive me back to my home in Sunbury so I could spend the off day with my family while he worked on my car. *I am not a car person but the fix Conan needed to do ended up being far more complex than originally anticipated due to Coolant leaking from multiple locations so an additional part was needed. He made sure to explain it to me in a way that I could understand. *At every other shop I've ever been to once closing time arrived you would have to wait till the next day at the earliest to get your car. Conan sacrificed his personal time and worked past 11 PM EST to get the repairs completed then drove my car back to my home in the middle of the night so I would have it the next day. *Conan was able to save me over half of what the cost was quoted at the dealership. I can't speak positively enough regarding the customer service and experience I had with Conan. I would 100% recommend him to everyone.

Conan( and the young lady that works with him) helped me out with a really bad oil leak on my 2018 Ram 2500. He was able to get me in and get me out and his prices weren’t bad either. He’s one of those extremely rare mechanics that cares about the customer and puts them first. I really believe he helped me out as best as he could.

I had a great experience with Conan. Im from Tennessee and my big and heavy work truck broke down on the freeway on a Saturday. The tow truck driver recommended Ring Gear. Conan answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon and told us to bring it over. He had it fixed by Monday afternoon and got me back on the road. He encountered multiple issues and worked though all of them. He is a genuine, honest person and I would recommend Ring Gear to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I I'm from Michigan and was on my way to Johnstown when I had to make an emergency stop because my undercarriage was sagging. The gentleman at AutoZone recommended Conan at Ring Gear Axle Shop. Conan immediately fit me into his schedule and was able to make the repair in under 20 minutes. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Conan for any auto work you need.
