I drove 1.5hrs to do business with your dealership because I was referred to Marcia, and she was flat out AWESOME. I worked with her via phone initially because of the distance. She is so very kind, courteous, and professional. She worked non stop to get me in the truck I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. When I was ready to pull the trigger, she had everything ready to go. Test drive to confirm the truck was great, and after the sale she sat with me and helped me set up all of the trucks electronic features. I will 100% refer anyone I know that's looking for a Chevy to Rio Vista, because Marcia is an absolute treasure. Thank you for the wonderful truck buying experience!

Rio Vista Chevrolet is awesome. If you are reading this, then do yourself a favor and purchase from them. Marcia and the rest of the staff are absolutely the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and a pleasure to deal with - so basically the total opposite of so many other dealers. No gimmicks, no BS, no pressure, no sleazy tactics, etc. Just fantastic service, attention to detail, and a smooth/easy purchase experience. I had several promotions/incentives from GM that I qualified for and they immediately knew how to process each one of them (which no other dealer knew how to do). I leased a new Blazer EV. In addition to getting a great price, the entire signing process took less than 10 minutes. Erick in finance had all the paperwork prepared before I arrived. I spoke with four other Chevy dealers and found Rio Vista to not only be the best, but by a wide margin. No comparison. I live almost 400 miles away in Las Vegas and gladly drove that distance to do business with Rio Vista Chevrolet.

Hello all! I recently purchased my first Corvette ever (2024 Stingray Rapid Blue 2LT with Z51 Package) and I have to say, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences that I have ever had. I live in Texas so I was not able to physically go and see the car in person but the entire staff at Rio Vista Chevrolet in Buellton California went above and beyond to make my dream car a reality. Oscar Sanchez was particularly incredible in guiding me through the entire process (I highly recommend talking with Oscar if you're thinking about buying a car from Rio Vista Chevrolet, he was absolutely awesome!). Oscar was always available to answer any questions that I might have, he personally took several pictures and videos of my car, he was extremely detailed, professional, honest (which is a huge personal thing for me when purchasing a car) and always went the extra mile when communicating with me which really gave me that extra sense of security since I wasn't able to physically travel from Texas to California to view and purchase my car. In addition to the great help that Oscar provided, I also want to thank Tyler Smith (General Sales Manager), Marcia Ridpath (Sales Representative), and Erik Perez (Finance Manager) for their help as well, I couldn't have asked for a smoother and straight forward buying process than I experienced, thank you all so much!! Also, just another quick note, in reference to timing and delivery, I first called Rio Vista on 10-10 about my car and before I knew it I had my car fully financed, papers signed, and my car was delivered to my house in Texas on 10-19. If you're thinking about buying a car in the near future, I would absolutely recommend giving Rio Vista Chevrolet in California a call, they will 100% take care of you and all of your car needs. I drove over 300 miles because no one in so cal can match your pricing. Aaron was amazing to work with. I will refer all my fiends and family to you guys and next time take advantage of delivery service. The Rio vista swag was a nice touch and I’m proud to wear my hoodie and hat. I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles and rvs in my life. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience ever. Aaron is great and should be recognized for his awesome customer service.

I picked up my new 2025 3500HD LTZ Trail Boss yesterday from Rio Vista Chevrolet. I inquired online and was contacted by Marcia shortly thereafter. She was quick to answer any questions I had. I drove 4 hours away to get it. We worked out all the details before arriving, there were no surprises or disappointments. Marcia showed me the truck, and the parts and service department as well. She took me on a test drive to make sure the truck was what I expected. The signing was easy as well. I was overall very impressed with everything from beginning to end. They even made sure I was full of diesel and DEF for my drive home. Great job Marcia for a home run on this one! And thank you Rio Vista Chevrolet for having what I was looking for.
