Keith & his crew have Always gone over and above in not only their care of my car but also my concern’s. They treat me like family. I have never felt like a number. Melany is super sweet & professional & always visits with me about what’s being done & how much it will cost. I am very happy with the years of service they have provided. 2006 Lexus GX470 I’ve used Keith as my primary Toyota/ Lexus mechanic/ expert for more than 20 years. My most recent trip to Rising Sun was great as always. I took it in for leaking valve cover gaskets which they replaced as expected but the timing belt, though well under 90,000 miles was not replaced with a Toyota belt when the shop we purchased it from replaced it and so was very badly cracked, after checking with me we also did the water pump and a fan bracket. All things that could have bit us. At 182,000 mi. We should be ready for another 100,000mi now. Thanks Rising Sun!
