Not sure if they care about the customer but, making the sale? Yes. My wife purchased a car listed $17k and at the end its $29k. When she came home I discovered one door was different from the rest. The car was painted except for that 1 door. These guys denied knowing anything about it. Proof is in the photos. White cross over.

I bought a used car from rite cars recently. I was looking for one particular model and went to at least 8 different places before coming here. Many guys had the model i was looking for but not in good condition. The one I got from here was clean as new. It was a low mileage car and was well maintained. The price was quite reasonable. I was helped by the sales man Pete. He was really helping and made the buying process really easy. The GM Jeff was also a nice guy. He is quite knowledgeable. After I bought the car I had some issue with the headlight. It was working well when i bought it but would fail intermittently. I called them and they told me to bring it back for repair. They did the repair for free within a reasonable time.

I had such a great experience at Rite Cars! Rich listened to my budget and my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. I found the warranties they offered amazing and it gave me a great sense of reassurance. The front desk was extremely helpful and nice and the financial advisor was straight forward and also found the perfect bank and payment plan to fit my needs. This is my first time financing a vehicle and it couldn’t have gone better. 10/10 recommend! Love this place!

Just had the most stress-free experience purchasing my first car! Pete helped us look around the lot and find exactly what I was looking for, and Robert took time to explain all of the paperwork to us while bringing us through it swiftly. They took care of absolutely everything including hooking me up with an insurance agent. They are great at what they do and made this an awesome experience

Great, smooth experience. Came in wanting to look at a specific car I saw online. Bill took care of me right away, super friendly. (My fiance bought a car here around 3 yrs ago with Jeff, also awesome) Once I decided I wanted the car, Laura, in finance, worked diligently to get me the best offer from a bank. She stayed late on a Friday night, literally until 9pm. I drove the car the next morning after they had made sure it was clean and good to go. This is a great team of people, not pushy, real chill and honest about your options. VERY happy with my brand new Jeep.
