I’m an Ohio buckeye that has lived in Florida for 11 years. I came in to Lancaster to visit family, and a large buck destroyed a big chunk of my Jeep Compass. River Valley Collision, owner Doug, manager Mark, & everyone who worked to repair my vehicle were totally amazing! They had many obstacles to deal with, including back ordered parts, bad weather, and other issues. It took nine weeks, and three days, but they returned my car like new again! I totally 100% recommend them! They’re professional, kind, and do amazing work!

I used River Valley a few months ago and they were very professional and personable. The repairs actually cost less than the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise compared to experiences in the past with other body shops. Unfortunately, my daughter is in the process of using them, but again, they have been so easy to work with. I am sure this experience will be just as good as the last based on our experience so far. I definitely recommend this business if you are looking for honest people and great work.

I will say this with a 100% confidence. I felt like doing bussiness with people better than my own family. Friendly and I felt like crashing my car over and over again will be a fun thing to do.... just kidding and knock on wood!!! But yeah honest, professional and doing above and beyond with the quality of the finish job... They're hundred percent working with you and make sure you get the best experience that everyone expected. They treat your car with respect. I got my car better looking inside and out than when I dropped it off... BEST IN TOWN AND IF YOUR WILLING TO DRIVE TO LANCASTER OH ITS WORTH IT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM FIRST.....

Mark and his team at River Valley Collision just repaired my daughter’s Blazer. They made it look new again. I didn’t claim it on our insurance since it was just under $2,000.00, they’re very fair on their pricing and I didn’t want our rates to go up for a small claim. Great place to work with. I’m a small business owner in town and love keeping it local. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.
